Summary
On Feb. 7, 1894, the Rosedale Park Friends Church, Salem, Oreogn, was organized at Liberty School with about 20 members. By the next year all meetings were being held at Hope Chapel (a Methodist church). Anson Cox was the first pastor. A new church building was dedicated in October of 1899. In 1918, then Pastor Chester A. Hadley proposed to unite the two churches. Milo Ross served his first pastorate at Rosedale from 1933-36. Records include written histories (including church and...
