Silver colored metal with an elaborate design on the front including, the US seal, two hands shaking, and a rising sun, reading: "A Herbert C. Hoover, Presidente Electo de los Estados Unidos de America. 13 Diciembre 1928." On the back, there are two large ships pictured, and a bird flying over them, along with a wreath of leaves, reading: "La ciudad de Buenos Aires. Capital federal de la Republica Argentina."
