White rounded women's felt bowler or derby hat. Has a black stripe around the top and a wide white ribbon around the top as well, forming a bow. The hat is stiff and smells heavily of mothballs or some other chemical. The description states: "White derby wool hat. The women wore derbys, usually of black or brown, so white would have been for special occasions such as a fiesta"
