Historical note
Ontario Friends (originally Ontario Heights, and located in eastern Oregon) was begun as a temporary organization of Friends on Nov. 14, 1937, with 18 people desiring to be members. Calvin Hull and Leroy White were the first pastors (1937-1939). A church was dedicated on Easter Sunday of 1939.
