Dear Jim,
Many thanks, Jim, for donating the Luneburg Bible to George Fox College. It arrived (via an A-Dec courier) and has been well protected in my office. I do remember our conversation about it while we were on the Montant ride.
Now I'm ready to release it for proper care in our new M.J. Murdock Learning Resource Center. It is fascinating and I'm sure it will draw much attention. We're still determining how it should properly be displayed.
Our Public Relations office would like to do a story about it now being at GFC. Could you provide some details about its history in your family ... or beyond?
Enclosed is a giftreciept, with no dollar value specified. This is lef to the donor to determine.
Thanks, Jim, for sending us the Bible. It is appreciated.
Riding on,
Edward F. Stevens
