Summary The American Sunday School Union began a Sunday school in Agnew, Washington, in 1935. The Friends Church purchased 8 acres next to the community hall and a church building was eventually established in 1947. Ethel Cowgill was the first pastor at the Agnew Friends Outpost. Other early pastors were Zenas Perisho and Harold Ankeny; May Wallace began her pastorate at the church during in 1958 and continued through a period of growth when a new building was constructed. Summary This collection consists of letters that Jean Clark sent to her mother and father in Kansas while Jean was in South America. Photographs of Jean and May Wallace, photographs of Bolivia and Peru are included as an album and on a compact disk. An audio CD of her memorial service at Newberg (Oregon) Friends Church in 2010 accompanies the collection.
