Historical note
Though many urged for work to begin Klamath Falls, Oregon, it was not seriously begun until 1969, when the Free Methodist Church closed and was willing to let Friends use the building there. On March 12, church officers and a committee were chosen. Evert Tuning became the first pastor. On April 2, 1969, Medford became the parent meeting for the Klamath Falls Friends Extension Church.
