Records from the administrative offices of the Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends. Includes records of peacemaking conferences and teaching, Friends Religious and Literary Journal, Family Ministry, Quarterly Meeting Records, Friends Youth Organization record, and minutes from the administrative actions of the Northwest Yearly Meeting, and slides from the Boise Valley Area Meeting, Newberg, and other parts of Oregon.
Caldwell Friends Church began in 1943; after property was purchased in 1945, the new church was dedicated on Apr. 24, 1949. A second church building was dedicated on Apr. 30, 1961. Records consist of programs, newspaper clippings, directories, a city map/plan, bulletins, financial documents, and correspondence. This file also also includes a commemorative plate with the church building pictured on the front and history/pastors on the back.

This collection consists of letters that Jean Clark sent to her mother and father in Kansas while Jean was in South America. Photographs of Jean and May Wallace, photographs of Bolivia and Peru are included as an album and on a compact disk. An audio CD of her memorial service at Newberg (Oregon) Friends Church in 2010 accompanies the collection.
