Oregon Yearly Meeting of Friends Church was established in 1891 at Newberg, Oregon. In 1974 the name was changed to Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends Church. The collection consists of membership records, minutes, correspondence, publications, sermons, reports, and materials relating to associated organizations.

John H. and Julia Hall Pearson spent fifteen years pioneering missions in Bolivia for Oregon Yearly Meeting of Friends Church. This collection consists of correspondence, diaries, published materials, sermons, newspaper clippings, passports, photographs, and other media.

This collection contains information regarding Milo C. Ross, former president of George Fox College. It contains corespondence, meeting minutes, budgets, writings by Ross, speeches and sermons by Rilo, as well as biographies and writings about Milo Ross.

Western Evangelical Seminary formed as a corporation in May 1945 to establish an institution united under an interdenominational commitment to the Wesleyan-Arminian tradition. The collection includes institutional records and publications pertaining to the creation of the seminary until its merger with George Fox University.
